Bridging Innovations owner and President, Bob Miller has extensive experience as a leader, college level instructor and facilitator.

Following retirement from his senior BC government position, Bob Miller for a five year period was an instructor for the Nicola Valley Institute of Technology  in Merritt, BC. He taught business administration, leadership, financial management, land tenures and forestry courses. Bob has also facilitated numerous workshops where First Nation participants received training on forestry and land use planning and developed long-range strategic plans over their traditional territories. As well, he has trained many First Nation participants throughout BC on subjects such as leadership, management and business development.

Through these training and capacity building sessions, Bob has assisted First Nation Bands, organizations, leaders and community members to become more self-sufficient and self-reliant in their communities and on their lands.

Bob has both Gitxsan First Nation and non-First Nation heritage giving him the ability to walk within and successfully relate to both the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal worlds. Bridging Innovations Inc. is firmly grounded on the extensive experience Bob acquired in government and for the last many years as a consultant working with Indigenous Peoples, agencies, corporations and industry. He has a unique skill set to provide professional expertise in order to effectively deliver  relevant training for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients.

Bridging Innovations provides customized services to  organizations that involves different training elements, including:
